At SwimOutlet, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next session in the pool. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Refund or Exchange
Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items and affix the label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
